We're a small family owned business. We use the products we sell, so if it's in our inventory, it's because it's met our standards for quality, and we stand behind it, so we will support it. OUR STORY
Here's how we started.. We love to eat.. We love to cook...We love to grill... We took those loves and our love for smoking meats and made a business out of it. We had been down the road of stick burners, electric smokers, charcoal, and cheaply made, but not cheaply priced Chinese made pellet smokers (we won't name names but we've owned them and you probably have too); and we decided we wanted the best. Where do you find the best? Right here in the good old US of A... Texas to be more specific. And the guys that have been doing it since 1983, Pitts and Spitts. With such big names as George H. W. Bush, Don Henley, Warren Moon, and others who have owned Pitts and Spitts smokers, why wouldn't you want quality American craftsmanship in your backyard too?
