SHIPPING POLICY

Dominion Grills specializes in sales of Pellet BBQ Grills and Accessories.  Established in 2019, we became an Authorized dealer for Pitts and Spitts servicing the entire DMV area.  This was followed by us adding Lumberjack Premium pellets to the product line-up.

We only sell and give advice on Pellet, Charcoal & Wood fired Grill products that we use ourselves and understand.  Ask us about the proper use of the Smoker Grills as well as the food preparation and we will be delighted to be of help.  We do not ship Grills outside of our Authorized Dealer Area, but we do offer white glove delivery service for a nominal charge.  Product pickup is also available.

We ship Smoker Grill Accessories, Sauces and Rubs within Continental US with Shipping and Handling charges added.  

WE DO NOT SHIP GRILLS OUTSIDE OF OUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE AREA.  We do not ship pellets, charcoal or wood.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Dominion Grills, LLC, we want our customers to have the best experience possible. We understand there are times where you need to return something to us. We've set these simple guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return process.  

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund as a credit to the original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee. We will credit you for the total purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee upon receipt of the product. All sales are final on any "sale" items. 

Returns are not accepted on Pellets, Charcoal or other fuels.

*All returns are for continental US shipments only. 

An item can be returned if it has not been used and it is within 30 days of the receipt of the product(s). Once fired, grills and smokers cannot be returned.

Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 540-840-7815 within 30 days of the receipt of the product(s).  Please provide us with your name, invoice number and reason for return.

All Clearance items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return.
